OVERVIEW

Before coming to the bar Bryan was Associate to both His Honour Judge MJ Finnane RFD KC and Judge AC Scotting, both of whom were appointed to the District Court and Dust Diseases Tribunal of New South Wales.

Bryan worked at the Office of the Crown Solicitor for New South Wales, as a solicitor in several practice areas, including Commercial Law, Administrative Law and Intentional Torts.

Bryan has also worked as a policy and legal research officer in the Commonwealth public service in the Department of Prime Minister and Cabinet and the Department of Immigration, Multicultural and Indigenous Affairs (as it then was) on issues involving law reform, land rights, international laws and legislative review.

Bryan maintains a broad practice across a variety of courts and jurisdictions, frequently appearing in the District and Supreme Courts of New South Wales. He holds a Bachelor of Laws (Australian Indigenous Law) and a Diploma of Legal Practice from the University of Technology, Sydney.
